There was a “No overnight parking” sign. We used it as a bathroom stop and breakfast spot and parked overnight at a nearby hotel. Nice spot by the water with grill, bathrooms, and an abundance of picnic tables.
***The few times we stopped by the shower would not turn on. It may be because of COVID so may not be permanently off?
Report Check-InTwo officers came around 10pm saying it is forbidden to be overnight camping in the city and that we had to leave.
Otherwise the spot is very nice, with picnic tables, fire pit, shower and water to drink. Definitely worth to stop to eat or relax at the beach.
Great spot along the water. Lots of families and kids at the beach in the morning. Others were parked here for the night, no one had issues. Can't confirm washroom closing times, but can confirm the outdoor showers are present but the water turns off within 5 seconds of pushing the buttons so it gets annoying.

Report Check-InTook a quick dip and chilled out for the night. Great place to get some rest right next to the beach. Bathrooms were clean and a guy came through at midnight to check them out. We think to make sure they were clean and no one was messing around? Didn’t bother us though! A little noisy being next to the road and with people who came and went throughout the night but still a great free spot to sleep without worrying about getting a knock. In the middle of the night.
Report Check-Instayed the night, security arrived around 11 to lock washrooms. close to presque isle park which is a beautiful drive, swim, picnic area. no problems
Report Check-InSuper spot pour passer la nuit! Sur le bord de la plage, les toilettes sont très propres, et il y a une douche extérieure (il faut laisser couler un peu d'eau avant qu'elle soit chaude...) en prime : lever de soleil sur le lac! Vraiment parfait!
Report Check-InA parking lot in front of the beach with life guards where you can take hot showers outside for free. Bbq, tables under a roof, grassy area, cleans restrooms...a little noisy in the night due to industrial site not far but ok.
