Gus from Argentina and his wife Sol from Peru are backing delicious salty bread, foccacia and calzone. The bread they sell in Canoa on the street on monday-/wednesday-/friday- morning, foccacia on tuesday and calzone on saturday. Just ask vor "Gustavo", a lot of hostels know him. This is the real deal. Artesanal sourdough bread and more, baked in a wood fired oven with passion and care. Superb stuff, not just by South American standards.
