Works like a charm! Nice people, we send a message on whatsapp 30min before, arrived around 1pm, they topped up both our gas bottles, both were not empty. We paid 43500 for ~4l.

they told us, that they just refill international gas bottles
we filled ours today (bottle from poland)
11.000 / kg
we have a second one (bottle from india) which wasn't completely empty and because of that they didn't refilled it
very friendly people

we messaged ahead on WhatsApp to check we could get our capacity gas 3kg bottle filled and they said yes. Got there at 13.30, it was 36°c and no problem to top it up! we still had 1.4kg left and they just filled the bottle up for us no problem. Nice guys. cost 24000 ush

They filled 2x 3kg South African CADAC bottles for us here for 66,000 UGX, regardless that one was partially full. They do filling in the mornings until 0800. We showed up late, 0830, and they still filled our tanks in less than 10 minutes. Responsive on WhatsApp +256 0787270702

No acceptance of bottles for refilling here at this location any longer as per date of this check-in. Refer to our check-in at the head office to the west of this location for details and where one must take ones bottles.

We were able to refill at 11,000USH/kg but only after lengthy conversations. We had to call head office to get approval and have a technician sent out to where we were as they must inspect the botte before refilling it. If coming from Kampala make sure you visit the head office first. If that is not an option I would at least call ahead to enquire, we spoke to Irene who was very helpful and understanding (0772411685).

Still here, behind a big gate and no sign, you need to just beep your horn. We paid ush1100 per kilogram. Beware they will overfill if you don’t tell them it too! We had our Cadac bottles back within 20 minutes.

As stated below this is the Ramco Filling Station. When we were there they only filled early in the Morning and at Night (due to the Heat during the Day).

This is the place for getting your gas bottle filled (the one named Ramcom further west is only the office).

Coming from Kampala you arrive in Seeta and see Jomayi Stones on your left. Turn in there, then second right and follow the road.
They might only be open in the mornings. So maybe best to call or WhatsApp first: +256 787 270 702
