Coming from Pute starting point of roadwork in 12/2018 is -18.222561, -69.252035. Probably during the whole day. Waiting time upwards was 30 minutes, downwards 10 minutes
Report Check-InStill working on roadwork. We drove past from the West the long line of trucks at 7:00 am and road worker moved barrier for us to proceed to ranger station at Lake Chungará a further 10km.
After stopping at the Lake, confusing instructions on when we could travel back West. After 7am long line of trucks from West, then stopped and we made some progress 'swimming back upstream'. Had to pull over into lane workers were working in.
