Nice Hostel | Hostel

Staff at check-in was friendly, but the day after the girl at the reception was bored and not friendly at all. Bed was super hard. We are used to harder beds, but this hurts and was like laying on a wooden plank. Shower had mold in it and the bathroom smelt like urine (it did look clean though except the mold). At 3am people where making a lot of noise in the communal room and it stayed noisy until 7am when we went up. So overall maybe bad luck, but for us not a place to go back to. The location is good though.

Its a nice place. We parked and slept in the van, had to pay 1000kzt per person to use the bathroom. They tried 2000kzt but we were able to negotiate. The parking is just outside. I think you can get it for less if you just say you want a shower. We now had to give our passport and had to check in etc.

Book it over airbnb, much cheaper then
via booking.com or at the hostel.

A really good option in Aqtobe, nearby banks and larger malls (15 min. walk)

The street is not very quiet but the hotel is vert clean and staff helpful and friendly.
We take a double room for 5000T ( bathroom and toilet to share), but the normal price is 8000T.
There is kitchen and dormatory if you want. The staff lend us a computer to transfer our pictures!!

No private parking, parking in the street in front of the hostel, but very quite and away from the main road. No problem to sleep in your car. Shower is 500 tenge per person, laundry is 500 tenge per load. Parking is free as it is in the street... Pizza and kebab restaurants next door.
Aktobe is a very modern city with lots of malls and supermarkets.
