Description

Wonderful views of Pemberton and the surrounding mountains! Pretty easy to get to with our RV van that's 2 WD. Slightly steep grade to get to but worth the views. You can stop at Green River for a cool swim too! Use airport rd then the forest service road. Take your first left after the bridge, follow down then take your first tight, follow up the steep grade, second right is where we turned off. The higher you get, the better the views!

Latest Check-Ins

There are a few good basic campsites. No amenities. There is room for +-3 tents depending on what pull off you take. Go over the long bridge a short way down the forest service road, then take a left at the gun information sign/large metal tube. After going down that road a quarter mile or so, a road peels off to the right. This trail gets steep but maybe doable in a 2WD vehicle. Not enough space for a big rig, but a sprinter van could make it if you’re not worried about scratches from bushes. My 4WD GMC Yukon + a 16ft motorcycle trailer did just fine. I recommend these spots to anyone in tents or a car.

Tried to access this place, however it looks like all access to the mountain side has been closed. No bridge or access that we could find to get there.
