Many people sleeping in RV's and vans in and around this area. Off leash dog beach for your furry friends. Community centre nearby for showers. Officially not allowed to sleep in your vehicle but we camped here for 5 nights and no one bothered us.

Just spent 3 nights here in our van, visiting from States. Thursday-Saturday.
Although there are signs saying no parking, you can in fact sleep here, just in the west most parking lots. Confirmed by locals as well.
Great place for dogs to run, low tide in the early afternoon is amazing, you can walk halfway into bay. Stellar views of city scape at night. Highly recommend.
Overnight parking is NOT allowed. There are signs disallowing overnight parking. ..........................................
Report Check-InOvernight OK despite of the signs, many RVs staying overnight. Police officers were patroling on the beach with ATV, they told me to go to the last parking lot west and nobody will bother me. Excellent spot.
