Nice place near Plaza del Armas. There were two options 25soles for a room with shared bathroom and 50soles with priva bathroom.

The 25 soles option looked decent enough. Big enough to store my bicycle. WiFi is bad, but it might depend where you are in the hostel.

Report Check-In

We are on a bicycle trip. There is an inner courtyard to put the bikes in safety. Clean and quiet service offered for us: S/ 30 matrimonial room with shared shower and S/50 the matrimonial room with private shower.

Report Check-In

Good budget place to stay. Single room for s/40.

Clean rooms. Private bathroom. Good hot water. Friendly staff. Motorcycle parking in the courtyard.

WiFi isn't great. Can be slow or non-working. Other times it works fine.

My bathroom was very stinky.

Report Check-In

As described. Quite a big difference in the quality of rooms so ask to see a few before you make up your mind. The ones with a private bathroom are considerably nicer and still very cheap. The shared bathroom gave me a bit of ick, but it was cleaned multiple times a day.

Nice but simple place. Rooms not very fancy but lovely courtyards so relax in and they are very used to having cyclists stay, lots of space for bikes. Wifi is just okay. Close to everything in town.

Very nice place to rest some days after one month cycling in the Andes and before cycling the Cordillera Blanca.
Nice and quite hostel
25 soles per person for room with share bath.
40 soles per person for room with private bath.
Good Wifi, beds are very comfortable, hot shower, flat screen TV and there is 3 big patios where you can relaxing before continuing your trip.
Located just 50 meters from the main square, really near to all the best restaurant in town and just 10 minutes walk from "Mercado Central"

I thought this was the best value hotel I’ve been to in Peru. 20 and 25 soles for shared bathroom and 40 for private (1 person). WiFi was perfect, hot water worked great (first time I’ve had hot water in the sink in Peru), modern TV, very clean, great location, large interior patio so perfect so perfect for motorbikes or bikes. I could just wheel my bike into the room too.

Basic hotel with nice patio. Could park the motorcycle inside.
30 soles for a double room, shared bathroom.
50 soles with private bathroom.

good clean hostel. rooms around patio. 50sol for matrimonial. wifi works at reception. good beds.

Report Check-In

Basic small room for 15 soles. locked my bicycle in the courtyard, showers are ok and friendly staff. Internet was ok.

We paid 30 Soles per night with shared bathroom. The housekeeper cleans several times every day. Wifi is good at the reception, slow in the rooms. Shower is warm, but not hot. The rooms are small, we have to bicycles, it wasn‘t easy to store them. But everything else was fine! We even cooked in the courtyard and they didn’t mind.

Report Check-In

Really nice place to rest after cycling through the mountains and desert to get here. It's only 15 Soles per night and it's clean. I'm going to stay two nights. They have no problem with cyclists putting their bikes in the room.

Report Check-In

Excellent place with quiet patio.
Shower and wifi as péruvian standards. Dogs barking early on the morning. 25 s/ matrimonial

great place to stay and have a rest between the huascaran loop and all the possible trekkings ! nice owner! meeting lots of travellers. big place to store your bikes/motorbikes.
A super nice alternative to Huaraz, Caraz is a nice chill out little town...
(mercado, restaurant, trekking agency if you need to rent backpacks...)

This place is awesome! Super cheap, lots of places to sit in the courtyards, electric hot showers (every time for me) and wifi is good if you find the right place to sit. Check out the pizza restaurant 100m up the road too!

Report Check-In

As described.
But for some reason they had no water at 4 pm and only came back for me to have a shower in the morning. WiFi sometimes did not reach the room.

Report Check-In

Great place to have as a base while riding around Caraz. 15/s for basic room, good WiFi and a big patio to park the bike in.

Report Check-In

Better take shower in the morning when nobody is using electricity. In the night use it for short time, and close it, repeat, or the light gone away and you have to wait in darkness. The beds are not the best. But staff friendly, cheap and clean.

Report Check-In

Agree with all comments bellow. Clean and quite hotel with many many rooms and different patios to chill out. Just a few steps to the main square. Their housekeeper was running around all day long with broom and rugs.

Report Check-In

Prices haven't changed. Plenty of motorcycle parking. For parking you will enter through an alley, where there is a locked gate, into the first floor patio.
