10/7/22 - we tried to overnight here with no luck. We did call and ask if we could stay overnight in the parking lot and he told us “usually no, but we aren’t very busy tonight so that’s fine.” Unfortunately when we got there the lot was completely full (with very few places to begin with). There is some ramp parking, but you can’t fit in it if you’ve got a rig. There’s tons of construction surrounding the area (so the Google maps aerial view photo of the lot is wrong now too) so maybe that’s part of why there’s so few spots.

Report Check-Inso I called the front desk and they said ya you can stay no problem just get a pass from security. i had them transfer me to security to get a pass and security said if i show up they will call the cops. they recommend i call harrah's. harrah's said i can stay. hope this helps.

parked at the far northeast, most remote corner of the lot. too much street noise, too much light, and ironically, too much traffic in the lot ( ironic because of the distant location relative to the casino)

Report Check-InThis was our first time using iOverlander. We’ve been traveling for years and just learned of the app. The lot was quiet, clean, and we had no problems. There were a few RV’s in the lot also and nobody had any problems. Make sure to keep it clean, as to not ruin this spot for future travelers! ✌️
Report Check-InAnother Hotel Casino on the NV/CA border in South Tahoe City. This parking lot is huge, although we chose to park a little away from the main entrances in the NE corner.
It was quiet and dark, with no interruptions all night. The Casino is great to stroll around in, and the Hard Rock Casino is across the street, which also adds another interesting thing to see (lots of neat rock memorabilia in the lobby).
Nothing too special about the lot, but there were some nice picnic tables in the parking lot, right beside where we pulled over for the night. No garbage cans around aside from the entrances, so be sure to LNT (Leave no trace!) remember that these places tolerate us as we don't cause them problems!
