As described by many users : you can cook, swim, sleep, but the park close by 11 pm. No signs about overnight parking. Great place !

Great place to camp night, was quite busy in the evening with people skating, cycling, kayaking but great environment. The car park is small and tight, so we parked along the street just down the street. No signs about parking so seems like fair game. Nice grass patch between the van and the side walk so we could cook! Awesome view of Quebec City and the Frontenac. Toilets just down the street, you can swim in the river too!

Grand parking donnant sur un grand parc. Possibilité d’aller jusqu’au traversier pour le vieux Québec à pied. Relativement calme. Aucune facilités accessibles à cause du COVID-19. Parc et parking très fréquentés par les locaux.

As per other reviews, great spot to stay whilst visiting Quebec City. Lovely river views with nice sunsets and is quiet overnight. Parking spots are on the small side so would recommend smaller vehicles only. Trailers/bigger rigs would have a hard time turning around or fitting into a spot. Easy, flat 2km walk to the ferry to cross to Quebec City. Clean, heated washrooms. Our van was safe to park here all day whilst we explored. Awesome find. Thanks for sharing!

really nice place to park. as mentioned an easy bike to the ferry to Old Quebec. don't bother to take bikes across as the roads are steep and bike racks few. you can walk to most interesting places.

Report Check-In

Really good spot. Nice walk or bike ride to the ferry. The parking lot is tide so be there early or very late.

Report Check-In

Great overnight spot as described earlier. We stayed two nights and used it as a base to explore old Quebec city. A 20 minute walk to the ferry terminal, which has a fountain light show at sunset

quiet, good for class B or smaller. lovely biking walking trail along St Lawrence river. view of old Quebec City. Please don't overstay busy local parking lot.

Report Check-In

Nice parking lot by a beautiful waterside park. There were 3 other RVs when we got here. Clean bathrooms.

To clarify previous comments, the parking signs are meant to allow snow cleaning during the winter months (alternating sides).

Excellent place to stop. Wonderful views and trails.

Report Check-In

Stayed 5 nights in total. Very busy during the day but quite at night. Washrooms closing at 9pm.

Report Check-In

We had a quiet night; no issues. Very nice view of the river and the Chateau. Posted signs indicate no overnight parking from November 1st to April 1st only. There is a toilet nearby but it closes when the park closes, so take note if you plan on arriving after dark.

Small parking with nice view. It's pretty busy during the day with people coming to walk/bike/run etc. Overnight it is pretty quiet. People started coming around 7 am. The ferry is a nice 20 min stroll along the river. It's lit at night. Ferry is $7,30 return.
Oh, I don't think you can park there overnight between Nov 1st and April 1st. The sign was a bit vague.

Report Check-In

There are signs no parking between 23h and 7h and not from November to April. But if the caretaker told it is fine, like mentioned below, it should be fine.

Tents may be pichted up at the grass, opposite of the parking lot, close to the river. Don't know if it is allowed.

We stayed for one night. It was very quiet and haf a lovely view of the river and Quebec City. The park maintenance person stopped by in the morning and knocked on our door to say hi and let us know that we were welcome and there are washrooms available. He also mentioned that there is a nice fountain in town we may want to see.
