A common interstate Rest area that has a washroom, I running potable water and a pet walking area. Nothing too special about it, but you can easily spend a good deal of time here without getting hassled. Technically, you only have a maximum 8 hours of allowable time, but who is going to hassle you? Since it is right beside the interstate, it is loud.
