Latest Check-Ins

Large wooded campsite with access to the running stream. Although one would not have cell service here. Those with Starlink will have good access to the sky. The stream has a great white noise blo king out any road noises or passerbys with its small rapids. The stream is stocked and has some good pools for fly fishing. We forgot Flys for our rods, unfortunately, and can't comment on the quality of fishing. The site is semi-private with decent separation to the road. We spread out a bit more than normal. Yet, there are good flat spots to setup either a rig, multiple rigs, or like we did a gazebo and ensuite since we spent a couple days enjoying the warmer spring days.

Secluded pull-in site right next to Santeetlah Creek (more like a river than a creek to me). Nice sounds of rushing water over small falls. A picnic table that’s a bit worn, but serves the purpose. Fire ring where someone left wood, but unfortunately the day was a wet one for me. Site is off the road enough for privacy. I didn’t see anyone camping at other sites on the way in (on a Wednesday). No Verizon cell signal.

Dispersed campsite right by water, nice gravel road in and out, quite, and not alot of traffic.

Beautiful sight! Right on the river, nice large pull in. Great for any tent, rv or overlander. Nice large gravel road leading down to the sight. Pic-nic table and trash hang available. No service. Many pullouts available on this road as well.

Great campsite. My wife and I camped here for the long weekend after attending Overland Expo East. Quiet peaceful site next to the river. Whether you sleep in a tent or a vehicle it will accommodate both. Established fire pit and picnic table. Sadly we spent 15-20 minutes picking up trash left by a previous visitor and wasn't there the weekend before when we stopped to view the river. Otherwise picture perfect.
