MODERATOR NOTE: Place removed because camping is illegal here. Signs posted and enforced

this is a bad spot! the sheriff is kicking all of the campers out. the locals and surfers are honking at all hours. there is trash, needles, broken car window glass and raw sewage on the ground. I've heard that they're going to install no parking signs along the whole Beach

Not sure what the last review from 2019 was about. But I've stayed here multiple times over a two year period. Plenty of spots to pull off into the dunes. Pretty busy place, but if you have 4x4 you can tuck away behind the dunes. Lots and lots of sand.

this is a bad spot. The sheriff is cracked down and kicked all the campers out and still patrol multiple times a day. the locals and surfers are honking at all hours and harass rv, tent and car campers. there is a ton of garbage, condoms, needles, broken car window glass and raw sewage on the ground where campers have been before. I heard that they are going to post no parking signs along the whole beach. there is a campsite at the Samoa boat ramp right on the water with facilities that are nice

several pull outs but all directly at the street where lots of big trucks pass...all night long! On the other side of the road further down is a big pulp site which blows out smelly smoke. We had a very loud and terrible night

Report Check-In

Very noisy between midnight and 5am. Big trucks drive by that makes your car shake! I had an horrible night here.

Report Check-In

Great place to be by ocean. And close to surf spots. Was a little crowded with people at night. Bit after 10pm everyone left. There where semis early in the morning.

Report Check-In

Parked our 4x4 in the dunes right in the middle between this pullout and the next one. Perfect spot sheltered from the wind and far enough from the road. Beautiful sunset from the top of the dunes! Really quiet, no one bothered us at anytime. Went for a quick dip in the water in the morning – so cold!

Report Check-In

As described; very noisy after 6am, but o.k for one night; no NO signs

Report Check-In

Perfect for one night. The beach is just passed the bank.

Report Check-In

Multiple pullouts next to the road where you can camp close to the beach. Be careful driving in the sand if you don't have 4x4, it's easy to get stuck. There are some flat spots that aren't too sandy.
