Now 190pppn. Really expensive compared to other places in the area. We also found Chris to be extremely unwelcoming, never said hello, we felt very much like we were in the way. Very strange atmosphere and wouldn’t stay again.

Great place with lovely and very helpful owners. We stayed for one week because of windscreen broken and credit card retained by ATM. Everything fine. Highly recommended.

Great camp with lodges and dorms. Great bar with a pool table. Wonderful pool.
Owners are friendly and welcoming.
Would deffinately recommend

Great place. We left our Land Rover here the entire year due to COVID. Arne took great care of it. Coming back to see the car totally fine was so nice. Chris and Arne are very helpful. Great amenities, kitchen, bar, good WiFi and clean pool.

Chris and Arne are great hosts, with lots of useful advice for overlanders. I leave my car there for storage and everything has always been great. Raymond(Pablo) is usually there and a real character. Looks like a Hell's Angel but has a heart of gold. Always helpful especially providing support if you have mechanical work to be done. This place is great for a stopover for anyone who needs to do business in Pretoria or visiting the city. Very close and convenient.

We had our Toyota serviced close by and also wanted to visit Pretoria. For both Twana lodge was a very good location. Very friendly owners, lots of space, good WiFi, basic but clean ablutions, lovely terrace (we could even take a shower inside the house because it was cold). 200 Rand for 2 adults.

We have been overlanding in Southern Africa for years and this place has always been our "base". Very convenient. If you store your car here there are many opportunities for car service around and this can be done while you are at home. Your car will stay under a roof and the battery is taken care of by a charging system. A very relaxed place to start and finish your overlandtrip.
Facilities are simpel but everything is working and clean. In the evening we always went to sleep much later than planned.

Campsite = 90Rand/person. Good wifi, good camping site with a shade of tree.
As mention above, you can park your car for a long time.

Thise place has dorms, rooms, houses, wooden chalets and campsite.
The campsite has shaded and sunny places on grass. There are some water taps but no electricity. You find a plug in the ablusion.
The ablusion is a bit out dated but it is clean and the water is hot.
The place accommodate Overlander trucks, so it can be busy and noisy.
There is a swimming pool but not so clean :-( and a bar where you find also wifi. The wifi has a funny password. They have a book exchange!
The owners Chris and Arne are very friendly and will help you in any way they can.. They also have huge, very huge dogs, but they are friendly too.
Price:R180 for 2 people and car.
You can long park your car here. Price is R400/month. Car under roof but open at front and back.
We parked here 3 years ago and everything worked out fine. So we decided to do it again.
There is airport transfer R550 by taxi. They will organize it.
