So quick summary of our search for Argentinian Peso. We tried at the WU spot marked in iO, but the lady didn’t have cash. YPF doesn’t do cambio anymore.
Finally the lady in the Mini Mercado said she can change (at a good rate 1:800 USD:ARG, close to blue rate), but was very picky about the bills - she said they have to perfect looking (like from the bank) and told us to iron them and put some water on them. She says its like this in all of Argentina. So we finally gave up and took off to Perito Moreno…
