We only had to pay one manat and spent a quite night, even though it's such a big parking lot.
In the morning the police had some kind of rollcall there but we were up already and nobody bothered at all anyway.

Great place close to the city center, suprisingly quiet at night. The only disadvantage is the lack of shade.

We paid 10 Manat for 2 nights now. The security told us it's because the car is so big. Can't understand that, still we just need 1 parking place and we perfectly fit in the lines.
But anyway the view is very beautiful and the promenade is directly in front of us :)

GPS takes you to the gate - easy. Arrive before 7:00pm if you can - car park fills up at weekend evenings. Empty by midnight. Perfect spot for city centre wild camping. Quiet & safe at night, sea view and view of Flaming Towers.

Big parking. I had to pay 4 manat. But i think if i had tray harder it whould be less. No noise from the construction site.

True, really a good security parking! I recommend this. We have a good view to sea and in some minutes walking to Boulevard garden and old town.
If you accept less privacy, you can also sleep here in rooftent on car.
But there are no not-portable water?

Perfect place to visit Baku! Secured parking, really big. Public toilets about 300m in the park. Very next to the old city and coffee streets. 1 manat per night.
