Peru
You can actually drive to most of the popular formations as they are along a grassy/gravel road. After entering through the gate you can turn left on the grassy road to see some of the formations like the Elefant or the "H". (For the "H" you have to park near a little farmers House and walk up the hills, stunning scenery!) You can also turn right and see formations like Alpaca and more. Of course you can also hike from the tourist information. It's well worth walk around in the Hills, even if you miss some of the named formations the scenery is simply spectactular! A guide is 30 or 60 Soles depending on how far they should take you, but you really don't need a guide!

Really beautiful place, reminded us the US parks.
Funny with the kids to imagin what the rocks looks like.
You can sleep everywhere in the park. Entrance 1 sol per adult + 2,5S for the car and we paid 2S par adult to sleep, we left the day after at 2pm.
Bicycles. Today we were allowed to camp inside and the price was 2 soles pp. Entrance solo is 1S
Report Check-InThe guard at the entrance told me it was prohibitied to camp inside the park but I could camp at the gates. At first I was thinking of sleeping at the spot by the lake, but the numerous gates along this road made me feel not too welcomed, so I turned back to sleep here.
Report Check-InEntering the gate to Ruta 2 is 1 soles per person and 2,5 soles per vehicle. After entering the gate you are allowed to camp anywhere you want, between the rock formations or at the laguna. Pretty awesome spots to choose.
