NOVEMBER 2019 : 300 PESOS CAMPING, 600 DORM.
In this very expensive part of the country, this family-run hostel makes for a cheap and pleasant place to enjoy some of the nearby wineries. Approx $10 (200 pesos) per bed, hot showers, moderate wifi, secure parking, breakfast included and free bike rental for a stay of 2+ nights. There's a place to grill and a basic kitchen also. We stayed in a 4 person dorm with en-suite. Gabriel is a lovely host and very knowledgeable of the wineries, olive groves and eateries in the area. We asked about car camping and he said yes, but so hot out we went inside. No frills, but highly recommended!! (Doggie Toby will win your heart)
We don't have any photos of this place yet.

Prices of pretty much everything in this area have doubled in the last year. Camping here now is 300 per person! And it's not a nice place (I'm not fussy but I ain't paying 300 to pitch my tent in this place). Had a look at the dorm room (wanted 600 for a dorm bed) yeah, nah. We were two people in two vehicles, ended up getting an airbnb much closer to town for 950 for both per night. Not that much more than camping at this place but much better value!
Report Check-InThe place it self is a bit run down but the owners are so friendly that you will have a good time there!
Report Check-InGreat place to stay near the wineries. We camped in the backyard, did the winery tour by bike during the day and BBQ at night. The most friendly host and a great breakfast. Definitely recommended!
Report Check-InBe aware, height restriction is about 2.20 meters to enter in the parking lot! We didn‘t stay.
Report Check-InWe found this place by accident, clicking on the hostel sign since we were looking for a place to camp with our van. Gabriel allows People to sleep in their car in his small backyard for half the price of a room (100pesos/person if you sleep in your van). Breakfast is included and Gabriel is a super nice host who knows the surroundings very very well. Bathroom is clean and the wifi works very good. If you stay two nights you get free bikes at maipu bikes for a day (usually 100p/p so it's a free extra night). The bikeplace has free wine between 5 and 6pm so it's all an incredible deal! Highly recommended!
