Parking area is small as reported, we were the only guests. NO hot water the room smelt damp the bathroom is tiny and the air con is on flat out all the time so either turned on or off very basic unit.
In the morning we asked for breakfast and were told to go to the market didn’t even offer a coffee.
In short the feeling is they don’t want guests just your cash. $35
Very disappointing after reading reviews on here.
Definitely would not recommend this place.

we asked per WhatsApp if they have space for a 6,5m Van, the answer was yes. after arriving we saw only a little parking space for 3 cars, and than they wanted 35$/night for a room.
we said goodbye and we took the Claire'ss nearby with space for 10 or more cars and a 25$ rate with A/C

A really cool spot with great owners. Roberto speaks good english and is a genuinely nice guy. Sit and chat with him if possible over a cup of coffee. I'd gladly return and stay there.

nice place. small area for secure parking. depending on size only a couple of spots inside the gate. probably 3m max for height due to the arch and maybe 8m for the length. room with ac is now 32usd a night. dog friendly! standard dog rules apply, on leashes and pick up the poop. also no dogs on the beds. water hookup to fill tank inside the wall. cheap vet a couple of blocks away.

Couldn't agree more with previous reviews. Roberto and his wife were so welcoming. $25 USD each night was well worth it for a simple air-conditioned double room with bathroom. Roberto gave us recommendations for where to eat for every meal and places to visit around San Miguel. My husband came down with a stomach bug during our stay and his wife made him soup, Roberto checked his blood pressure and offered to take us to the lab to get a work up. SO KIND. We will only stay here on a return to El Salvador.

Paramos una noche, hotel familiar staff super agradable, pequeño parking para tres carros, seguro. ideal para descansar si se llega a San Miguel tarde. recomiendo cenar sandwich de gallina a cien metros, inolvidable

Prices and description are accurate. 25 Plus tax room for two with AC, 20 Plus tax room for two with no AC. The rooms are nice and clean. Roberto is an excellent host, he not only provided any information we needed, he offered and drove us to a restaurant he recommended and took me to get some parts to clean my motorcycle the next day. Highly recommend staying here, they make you feel at home.

Prices are still the same, but this is the place to stay. Roberto & Roxana will make you fill like home. He was the best surfer in El Salvador and could recommend You where the best waves are. Market, shops and city center are walking distance from here

$25 for a room with 1 double bed + 1 single bed, AC and TV. Secure inside parking for motorcycles or a small rig. Friendly staff and beautiful outside area to rest and use wifi (average). No real restaurant but fhe family serves breafast for $3. Bread, fruit, frijoles and coffee.
/!\ The room costs $25 without booking and $29 if you do any kind of reservation beforehand. We came here twice, in April and November 2017 and had no problem getting a room and they weren't full.
