Has private rooms with 15 and 20 soles with shared bathroom. Hot water. On the 1st floor there is a motorcycle repair shop. Motorcycles can be safely parked inside the shop. I did not sleep here but I found the place as I was leaving town and was in search of a shop for small repair. The alley is unpaved but good and one gets here from another paved one.
