Description
Camping here is 2 km out of town and without view of the lake. It's on a small parcel of land with the family home in the middle.
They have camping tables and will let you use their shower and toilet in the home. They have a bursting cherry tree, loose hens, a sheep, dogs and a cat!... all very social and pet friendly.
Although it is basic and out of town the family are well worth meeting! They're super friendly, have a great sense of humour, have visitors dropping in and out and love to share mate and food.
I came here by accident because I was warned that tourists have been having troubles with muggings at the lake campsites. I don't know how true that is but I already feel apart of the family so I'm stoked to be here.
Armador and Elsa run the camping but their kids have phones with whatsapp if you need help finding them.
The parcel of land is behind another house so you'll need to drive up a driveway that runs beside a big modern house to get there.

Couldn't find it, but there are a lot of other camps around. The price range is from 3500-8000 pp. Some of them are big-rigs friendly.
Report Check-InA nice camping, a bit difficult to find but he came out to the street to find us! so nice! But he said he will make one. The camping now has bathrooms (2/2), showers (cold water), and is large and enclosed.
In low season now, charge 3k. might charge 3.5k in summer, he said.
