6 hot tubs, pool, jacuzzi and laundromat. Very friendly residents, some permanent. Camping area with fire pit is on gravel. Lots of visits by motorcycle riders and their groups.

VERY friendly place- just fabulous. welcoming people, lots of community events such as pancake breaky and a dance!
Hot tubs aren't fancy, but they are fabulous. Salt water pool and hottub are nice too. Great to have laundry and a book exchange too!

Popular place with "snowbirds" from northern USA and Canada but there's a welcome sign for overnighters. Prices per site with 1-2 persons are $40 with full hook-ups, $28 without. $5 for extra person. Fire rings only in tent/dry camp area. Next to the six hot tubs there is a community hall with daily evening activities, which I was not aware of when I chose a site nearby until they started the "Karaoke night" (quiet after 11 p.m.). In the hot tubs/pool area there are three individual bathrooms, each with toilet and hot shower. After using the hot tub you are supposed to pull the plug, let it drain, hose it down, and out the plug backin so it fills up cor ghe ndxt user. The facilities are a bit dated but clean. WiFi did not work; it apparently gets "flooded" with heavy rain.
