Starting about 25 kilometers before this spot, the road is filled with potholes. We are still on this road and there is no end in sight. Take the road slowly to avoid a flat tire.

Many pot holes fixed and there are about 25 km bad road after Monte Quemado heading towards Jujuy. Most of the time ok to drive 40-50km/h

Report Check-InA terrible road indeed. Try to avoid it ant take the RN 81 further north - it is in a much better condition and the landscape looks the same.
Report Check-InVery Very Very Very bad road. The worst part is between Taco Pozo and Monte Quemado. Be pacient or you will end with flat tires in the middle of nowere. Aprox 45km.
