Latest Check-Ins

From the south (I-40) there is a "Road Closed" sign, but the road has no "closed" signs from the north, from Goffs.

There are various road wash-outs on the road, one from the north is by-passed by a short de-tour into the dirt shoulder, and the one from the south (I-40) the remaining road is only about 7 feet wide.

This actual spot maybe isn't worth going past or around the road closed sign, but the spot to the east, up the hill, marked as "Rocky Tops" is an excellent spot for anyone who doesn't mind a rocky road (2-WD pretty easily accessible)

Report Check-In

Road is closed 1/4 mile from I-40. The big parking area is still good for a night's stay, though.

good spot to dry camp over night.... loved it.

Report Check-In

1/2 to 3/4 mile off I-40, North side of hwy. Flat spot off east side of county road - large enough for several RVs. Quiet so far. Smaller spot a bit further North.

Report Check-In

Definitely felt safer than staying in or around the town of Needles. Worth the drive out into the middle of nowhere.
