You can get the permit here to use the off-road zone in the sand dunes between Swakopmund and Walvis Bay
Report Check-InOpen everyday, but Saturdays and Sundays only in the morning. Friendlier staff than in Swakopmund. As a cyclist I ended up paying only 90n$ for 2 nights camping in the park. My good star was probably shining bright! :-)
