Latest Check-Ins

This is parking lot/staging area for Peek a Boo trail. Quiet, but not too level. Was fine for overnight.

Report Check-In

Went there for a small stop and ended up staying for the night. Not super flat, but pit toilet here and very quiet at night. Two others campers here as well. Arrived around 5:30pm and left around 8:30am. No problem.

Report Check-In

Only one other car here overnight. A bit of road noise — I should have worn ear plugs. Loud bird and distant dog barking in the morning. Nice pit toilet. Lost the lottery for The Wave, but it was a doomed one anyway — rain was supposed to make the road impassable.

Report Check-In

Large, flat, paved lot. There were a couple of other rigs spread out. Relatively quiet even though it was next to the road. Good spot for the night. Verizon signal good.

Report Check-In

There are a few flat spots. Lots of atv tours use the trailhead but that clears out around 7. Nice pit toilet and close to Kanab.

Report Check-In

Great location right off the highway. Highway gets quiet around 8-9 pm and the trailhead was cleared by 5 pm. I had the whole place to myself. Super quiet

Beautiful area/ trail head to the canyon- can park any kind vehicle in this lot, but cannot drive onto the sand with our camper van. Will need 4WD/ rent an ATV to go down to the canyon. Very calm. Some road noise as it’s close. Fire pit/ pit toilet/ picnic table.

Report Check-In

Spent two nighs in a row, clean pit toilet. Several picnic tables and fire rings.
In the morning tour operators bring and unload ATVs then bus in the tourists. Reversed process after dark, by 10pm all quiet.

Report Check-In

Slightly off the hwy but traffic is still noticeable noise wise, I didn’t have an issue sleeping however wifey did due to the slight traffic noise. Good AT&T signal , also has on fee little picnic tables with fire pits and a pit style toilet. No water.. will continue to stop here on the way through

Report Check-In

Got here late and left early. Big flat trailhead lot—picnic tables, there are toilets but we didn’t check to see if they were open. Great spot right outside Zion

Report Check-In

As described. We came in after 10 pm. Had a peaceful night. Walked the slot canyon in the morning. Started getting really busy around 11 am.

Report Check-In

it is a great spot. quiet. The only problem is that it is hard to find a flat spot. The most flat part is at the end of the lot near the rest room.

Report Check-In

Full Verizon LTE signal.
Good place for the night, especially if coming in after dark, as it is a big parking lot. Lots of room for the biggest rigs and trailers.

Report Check-In

not a beautifull place (parking lot near the road ) but it's a great place to hike to the red slot canyon (5km to go through the dunes sand )
