Chile
Absolutely amazing local hidden gem. Worth the detour. Mapuche and Chilean food all made like the abuelita made them, which she has. Cazuela (stew) is astounding and the smoked chile salsa will have you wishing for a gallon. We got casuela and asada and 3 different fresh juices--melon, nalda (rhubarb) and beet. With dessert was $20,000 CH. At corner of Tucapel and Matta just off main street Caupolican.
