Nice rest area near the highway. Signs said "no overnight" but security told us that overnight is Welcome at the backsite from visitorcenter.

Louisiana rest area. Typical spot, a little rough BUT is big rig friendly with large loop and area to get away from highway a little if you need to park and SLEEP.
Report Check-InDon’t think my last post went through- anyway- good place to stop. I arrived around 9pm and the back was full of semis. So yes that makes it a little loud but honestly safety in numbers :) had a great free nights sleep here!
Report Check-InThere are signs that say no overnight but I had no problems sleeping here and even talked to the guard that’s here. It’s a little loud, but convenient.
