Stayed here amongst a handful of sites just east of the Long Canyon Overlook. Good views of the Circle Cliffs and east towards the Waterpocket Fold and Henry Mountains. Access to the site we were in required driving a pretty slanted hill, which might be tricky for a Sprinter Van or similar vehicle. However there are also sites suitable for bigger vehicles. Very little traffic on the Burr Trail Road overnight. No Verizon LTE service.

Great views. Is accessible with 2wd sprinter van. Can’t add much else that hasn’t already been said. No cell service
Report Check-InOne night stay below the overlook. We are in a converted minivan and took the right side spot up on the hill. Gorgeous views in every direction. No cell signal for Verizon . I was scared getting up the hill in a low clearance vehicle but my husband was not. Watch for rock at the top. Take it slow. It does have a slant also. Best views of our trip and great stars. Nice fire pit. Two other vehicles present on this night at the lower spots — which also have great views.
Report Check-InAbsolutely gorgeous spot. Just after the long canyon overlook, on the right side, is a dirt road. There’s room for 1-2 rigs right there next to the road. Up the hill there are 2 spaces to the left and one to the right. The spot on the right is where we were. Pretty bumpy getting up there but we went slow and had no problem with a pickup truck pulling a 19 inch trailer. The views are incredible and there was very little traffic. Like 5 cars the entire night. We stayed 4 nights. No cell service at all. The closest cell is the wifi at the Burr Trail Outpost at the intersection with Hwy 13. Also the Burr Trail Grill next to the Outpost is fantastic.
