Description

Nice bar and restaurant on the beach. Allows camping on beach we have only spot for a camper at beachside. We have only a Vanagon Westfalia so fit easily sideways to face beach with side door, could park bigger rig here parked straight in. It could be cleaner where the beachside spot is as it is his work/storage are and right next to bar but gulf view. There are hammocks tables and lounge chairs at beach which is very clean.

Parking for big rigs is available in an ungroomed parking lot across the street. See photo.

Owner speaks English and is very pleasant. reasonable food and drinks. camping is 70mxp p/p PER NIGHT. bathrooms are super clean and appear brand new.

Nice place with friendly people, now MXN 100 pppn. Sadly the good spots where occupied by two large RVs so we had to park next to the bar and share the place with another minivan. Not much space around car so we moved on next day to Camping Coco Ha.
Toilets/ showers at Lunas Bar were not super clean but okay (no toilet seat/no TP). We had dinner in the restaurant (lobster and fish) and I wouldn‘t eat there a second time. Lobster was dry and chewy, fish was okay. Maybe better to order Tacos or Burritos, they looked more delicious.
