Big parking lot of a big shopping center, open 24 hours, pay parking (6 pesos per hour), security on site (also 24 hours).
Just in front of e.g. Walmart (7-23 h), Scotia Bank, Sam's Club etc. and other shops and fast food restaurants. More shopping across the street.
Safe and quiet place to stay at night. Public transportation/taxi nearby.
We spent a night and felt safe.

Stayed here last night. Was quiet. Super clean with lots of restaurant options. No grass anywhere but my dogs enjoyed walking around the plant store’s inventory.
