ADMIN NOTE: As per USFS and because of the Bolt Creek Fire this location has been closed for rehabilitation until Dec 2023, It is illegal to camp in, on or near any trails, Forest service roads or dispersed camping. Active monitoring, Severe penalties will apply and enforced.

Forest Service camp site next to a river. Level with tent sites down by the water. It is next to train tracks and a road so it can be a little noisy. Few bars of T-Mobile.

Quiet off the side of the road area with room for multiple cars. Down by the river is a few flat spots with fire rings.
Report Check-InGood camping spot. Full of climbers, if you dont climb then i wouldnt recommend it during the busy summer months. Its really just a car park beside a river, however, was great for us! small rigs only.
Report Check-Infew met addicts . one climber but he left soon after we arrived. no cell service on two diffetent providers. we decided not to stay . seems a bit un safe. we ended up in a street in town in full stealth mode.
