Description

Great spot on the lake. Tranquil even on a weekend! Friendly people. Firewood available and yummy homemade/home baked hot bread, as well as handmade wool hats and socks. We paid 15,000 Chilean for 2 people and a campercar. Extra for firewood and/or bread. Sinks for washing dishes, picnic tables, fire pits. Toilets and showers. Pretty place. Shade from big trees and plenty of sun also. Animals (dogs, javelina, caiquen birds, etc) on the property. Monkey puzzle trees (auracaria) and pretty views.

AWoman wanted to charge me 10.000 (one person on a bicycle in low season - still Covid time), she said that toalet and showers are broken, so we bargain and i paid 8000. Place is swampy for tent, but view is great. Animals are noisy during the night and if you are light sleeper, it is not place for you. I could not sleep all night, earplugs did not help a lot...

very nice and quiet place, but there is a gate with heights about 2,5 m at the entrance. pop-up truckcampers or vans will fort, bit our hard-truckcamper die not. The woman opende anothet gate and we had to drive for about 1 km around the pinunsula through Wood of coigie and araucaria tot the lakeside camping. It worked nut big rigs won't manage.
hot water from 9.30-11.30 and 18.00-20.00, sanitair basic.
2 people in truckcamper: 15.000 pesos, high seoson.

Closed in April too, like most other campings. Owner seemed friendly.

Report Check-In

Wasn’t open when we asked the owner. Plenty of places, guess it’s a nice spot to camp
