Nice Spot! Surrounded by mountains, wind protection and a lot of Firewood. Sounds like paradise :-) Absolutely no infrastructure! Please keep clean!

The "landscaping project" is still in progress. In the morning some guys from the park administration arrived and cut out patches of gras. They looked a little bit confused that we camped here but said nothing. Spot is very nice especially in the evening. No problem to get here.
Report Check-InBeautiful spot completely alone and hidden from the road. We passed the small “garden” and set up our pop-up roof behind some bushes where we were nicely protected from the wind. Excellent spot!
Report Check-Invery very quiet. spent 2 nights there alone with the guanacos
just missed a little river to be the perfect place
Wonderful landscape around. No protection for the wind. If it's raining, it can be muddy to go there. 40km before the border. Perfect for us ! :)
Report Check-Inplease, NO fires. The Park does not allow fires anywhere. If you want to Wild Camp, we must respect this. A Park official told us they have no equipment to fight wildfires.
Report Check-InQuite nice area. The road on here is not the nicest but doable in any overlanding vehicle and not a big deal. Looks like it gets muddy in rain season. The "landscaping project" was just people cutting up sod and taking it home for their lawn I guess.
Report Check-Indrove here to have some wind protection, but there wasn't any!!
only low bushes, and grass.
since we have a tent on top of the car and it was really windy, we didn't risk it
No one came to take more grass. We were here on a weekday and only a few cars passed by all day. Well hidden from the road, this is a great place to prep yourself for windy Argentina. Great hikes, very quiet.
Report Check-InA nice spot, but there was some strange landscaping project going on. Large parts of the grass were dug out as if it was transplanted somewhere else. Wouldn't be surprised if workers show up on Monday. But maybe it's fine. We were here on the weekend and it was nice, remote, with lots of curious guanacos around. Great for hikes. Around this area there are also multiple other turn offs with dirt roads worth checking out of camping possibilities.
