Passamos a noite aqui, lugar muito bonito e tranquilo, bem perto do rio. Estávamos de carro com barraca de teto, tem lugar plano e abrigado do vento para colocar o carro.

We decided to don’t go because it was very bumpy road and a big hole. Even if We have propulsion double wheels back. You can manage but we preferred to go little before in a grassy area.

Beautiful and quiet spot next to the river. We drove down with a small camper van (no 4WD). It was a bit tricky to get up but we managed. There were some cows walking around on the beach and in the morning a fox passed by during breakfast!

very nice spot and you can get some wind protection. there is a fireplace but also a sign of no campfires

Quiet turn off road is ok then last 20m to the beach is steeper with big washout, our 4x4 was ok down it, possible with a car but likely to scrape coming back up. Easy with bike/ tent etc. absolutely perfect spot, beautiful lakeside pebble beach, stunning view. some grass patches also for tents. Visited with 4x4 with tent box

Noite muito tranquila as margens do rio, lugar firme e plano para motorhome, porém cautela na descida pois a estrada é irregular e se seu veículo é muito pesada e não for 4x4 analise antes de descer. Na estrada tem uma área plana para acampar se seu carro não puder descer. Vista incrível

washed out road mostly compact but with some loose stones, probably could’ve made it without 4x4 but we didn’t risk it in our heavy ford econoline. the stream bed to the other spot to the right is also about a meter high now full of loose big stones, would only go across it with 4x4 experience

There are probably better spots on the lake north of here but if you need a camp in this area, it’s decent. The road going down to the spot was partly washed out. High ground clearance was needed but no 4x4.

Perfect spot on the river. The road to access it at the end is not easy though, high clearance recommended

Road is open and in great condition. Very quiet, clean and no bugs!! A bit of wind protection behind the bushes.

This place seems awesome but because of a road issue (collapsed?), it is now inaccessible by car.
However, the access is still easy by walk.

Nice flat spot. Near river. Be carefull, because the river rises during the night. A bit of noise because of electric aggregate from the hut opposite the river in the evening, nothing serious. No mobile signal. No fire! Accessible for all kinds of vehicles.

Nice spot! However, after reading the previous entries, I'd set your expectations a bit lower. If you are heading south, you've probably seen a lot better just on the carretera austral. You are not visible from the road but you are in plain view of the houses on the other side of the river. Very quiet!

Amazing quiet place with beautiful views. Definitely no camp fires - one of the owners of the two farms came by on his horse to let us know.

Nice place with beautiful views. The owner of the lodge on the other side of the river saw our small campfire on the beach and threatened to call the police if we didn’t put it out immediately.

One of the most beautiful wild camping spots for us so far! Directly at the unbelievable turquoise Rio Baker. Very quiet and flat with a lot of space. Please keep this spot as amazing as it is!

Once you’ve turned of the caterra Austral after about a km there is a fork left down to the lake, take that and when you get close to the lake there is a small flat “lane”.

It’s a really beautiful spot with a stream near to the big river. Plenty of space for camper vans and tents

This is an awesome campsite, the river color is stunning blue, grassy area next to the water, firewood, very quiet, no trash around. We enjoyed it so much.

This place is beautiful! wind protection, quiet, no trash, turquoise river, snow capped mountains, free, super easy access off the road even for our 2 wheel drive, high roof sprinter with bad shocks. came for 1 night stayed for 3!

Quite spot right next to Rio Baker. A fire Pit is also there, no facilities.
Follow the sign Passarella Manzana.
