Argentina
Sandy kind of parking lot next to the river and a little football field. Camped there one night with two tents and a car and took a bath in the morning. We felt safe.
The police passed by in the night once and in the morning once. It's quite hidden from the road and the bridge due to bushes. There's also a stone bench. It's free obviously.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Gravel place. Flat. Quiet and safe. Police past in evening and saying nothing. Ok for 2 big rigs.
Report Check-InSpent 4 nights here. For being so close to town it is not too bad. People come and go, even at night there is some traffic, but relatively quiet overall. River is brown so not useful for anything. And lots of flies, so not the best place to sit outside. For free camping by town, we would stay again. Police came by multiple times per day. Room for any size vehicle. Everyone was friendly.
Report Check-InNice and quiet place next to the River. Survillanced by Police.
Report Check-InNot recommended for solo travellers with tents.
Maybe ok for a tent if you are in a big group of people that can provide security, the place can be easily seen from the main road, and pedestrians go over the place quite too often.
