FREE transaction for UK Revolut bank, we got 700 Sol no fees
It is ATM of caja Arequipa.
700PEN is the best we found (in 8 months of traveling Peru) but the fee for our German MasterCard is 18 PEN.
Until end of 2017 also Scotiabank was without fee but now is 20 PEN and the max withdrawal is just 400 SOLes.
