Beautiful location, and a big enough space for loads of vehicles and tents, though we were the only people there. Super windy; it quietened in the late evening before picking up again in the night- but not as strong or constant as over in Chile Chico!

its a super nice spot but it truly was incredibly windy, our transporter was shaking the whole night. dont think this would be enjoyable with a tent or rooftent

Spent the night previous to taking the ferry to Chile Chico. Really, *really* very windy, to the point of turning over the large and heavy trash dumpsters! (see pic). Absolutely no wind protection. It was hard to spend the night inside a motorhome due to the shaking and the noise, I would not try spending the night here in a tent. On the other hand, it was free and the lake views in the morning were great.

Lovely spot with plenty of space for motorcycles, big rigs, rickshaws, space shuttles or whatever you are driving. We stayed here on a saturday night and it was muy tranquilo, a few people during he day enjoying the beach but no hooligans to speak of. Noisiest cows in Chile though... Clean with bins for trash, but I don't recommend the toilets even in the slightest, take a wander out into the wilderness with a shovel and you'll be much happier. Great views across the lake. Not too far out of town. All in all, very enjoyable, would recommend.

This is the “beach” from the town. Amazing place!!! Have some benches trash cans and you can park next to the lake. Some level spots, pit toilets. Probably during weekends they might be people hanging around. And the best of all free and wild!
