Very nice place with a nice lake.
There is a restaurant and a bar and a little beach ! Very nice and quiet.
The place to park is not really friendly, neither flat, and the restrooms are dirty.
200c per person. No reduction for children.

Stayed for two nights was heavenly. Arrived on a Sunday and it was a bit loud, not crowded just a lot of speakers. Monday and Tuesday where bliss, no one around, great weather and smooth cool water. One of our favorite spots in Central America. 200 pp per night gets you a bathroom but no shower. At 5, everyone leaves and you have the place to yourself.

Stayed for two nights. Arrived on a Sunday, was a bit crowded but not bad. Was told we couldn’t set up our tent until restaurant closed around 5. Found a nice perch and had two great nights. Originally where told that we’d have to take the tent down Monday while the restaurant was open but we set up in a corner and no one fussed about us leaving it up. Monday and Tuesday where heavenly, no one there and the lake was gorgeous and smooth. 200 cordobas per person per night. They would bring restaurant menus around every once in a while but it’s fine to not order. Bit pricy and not the best. No showers but we shampooed in the lake.

Pretty neat place to spend a night, we paid C150pp/pn motorcycles safe in the car park, quiet place to set up a tent, amazing water to swim in, they breakfast… we had a good day here.

Report Check-In

you can stay and camp here if you spend more then 200c$ pp per day on food and drink.
We had the place to ourselv on monday and could choose any of the many terraces to put up our hammock and chill.
Nice that this place has no boom boom music and the next place with such music is far away so that the noise is covered by the birds, wind and waves lots of the time.

Ask the employees to keep the water system on to connect your hose to the tap for shower.
Lake water has a magnificient temperature tu hang out in for hours during day and night.

I got over my grippal infect there within 24h.

Food is decent and food prices are bit higher than in other parts of Nicaragua.

Beautiful lake, beautiful place, 200pp camping, we were alone most of the time. Wifi was fast, toilets needs improvement. No kitchen but we could cook for ourselves, get groceries before you get here. Overall recommend.

Report Check-In

We stayed here because Hotel Paradiso was packed with about 50 backpackers. But all in all Paradiso would have maybe been the better choice.
Here it's still 150pp for camping and a minimum consumption of 150pp at the restaurant (food is not cheap, main dishes 250-400). So its at least 300pp per night + 10% Tax. Wifi is very good but bathrooms not so much. Dirty, no light, almost no water when we were here. Also the showers didn't work in the morning, no water as well.
The place itself is beautiful, just a bit run down, very view people.

Report Check-In

Did not stay. When we arrived we were told it was 250C per person to camp, no restaurant allowance even though we asked about it since we normally frequent onsite restaurants. Area we were told to park in was dirt with no shade.

Report Check-In

Very steep road to go down (and up again in the morning) not advisable for big rigs or if you don't have low gear. The price was not negotiable, so we had to pay 200pp wich is a lot for the facilities / camping spot they offer. The beach is wondeful however!

un sitio excelente!!! al lado del lago y gente muy amable!!

Report Check-In

We are a 26' rig and with manoeuvring got in here. At first they wanted to charge 200c pp plus 150c pp in restaurant but when we said last people paid 150c ea they relented. So 600c per day for two including 300 being spent in restaurant. clean bathrooms. no toilet seats but there was s TP. They put us in larger parking lot on the right and we were able to get power from the building just below. Quite a lovely spot. Last 550m of road is dirt but not rough really. Driveway is windy tho and that's where manoeuvring came in. Went to check out Paradiso and it looked nicer but busier.

Report Check-In

Overnight parking at the restaurant parking lot for 150 cordobas per person. The owner told us if we stayed during the day we would need to spend 200 cordobas per person in the restaurant but didn't tell us any time where we needed to leave. We left at 10 am and that wasn't a problem. Nice place, ok bathrooms, good wifi, electricity, swimming in the lagoon. The very last bit of the road (500 m) are rough road and the way to the parking lot is really steep. Big rigs will not fit.

Report Check-In

We wish we had stayed here instead of hostel paradiso! Much quieter, and MUCH more desirable locations if you are tent camping or sleeping in vehicle.

Report Check-In

Camped right next to the restrooms and restaurant area. Very nice quite place with great views right in front of the lake. A bit pricey but it was the better option we were able to find. Friendly staff. Ok showers. Power available with a power extension cord if you park next to the restrooms. 150 Cordobas per person to camp plus a mandatory 150 Cordobas per person minimum to consume at the restaurant/bar. So it total to 600 Cordobas per day for 2 people. Super clean clear lake to swim. kayaks also available for $10 usd per hour.

Report Check-In

This place is *way* better than Paradiso Hotel. You can actually park within their gated (and huge) property, there are far fewer people, and there are plenty of awesome spots for a tent, if you need it. And, of course, there's the beautiful and clean lake right here in front me w kayaks available. 150c per person per night if you arrive after 5pm and leave before 9am, but if you stay multiple days you also have to eat or drink 150c worth per day (per person). The desayuno tipico is delicious! Wifi, bathrooms, showers, and electricity.

Report Check-In

Quiet and relaxed place. Very friendly people. Clean facilities. View on the lake. Enough parking space.

Report Check-In

This place is beautiful the people are very nice and easy to make a deal with. I paid 150 to camp in my rooftop tent in the parking lot, I tried a few other spots on the map and they wanted minimum 4 people at 250 a night. As a solo traveler I've never heard of minimums for camping. The driveway here IS NOT FOR ANYTHING bigger than a Ford F-250. My 4 door wrangler barely fit down the curving driveway but with some maneuvering it can be done.

Tent camping only and maybe small rig in parking area. Primarily a restaurant but has plenty of different areas for tents and they advertise camping. Only current tent camping on the lake as other locations that previously offered tent space said no. Good swimming beaches
