Très grand endroit. Bruyant les fds. Beaucoup de place et gratuit. Pour la visite du centre-ville super, 10 minutes à pieds. Il a également des bornes de recharge dans le stationnement.

Report Check-In

we parked in lot R the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. lot was pretty full around 6pm and people kept coming back to they cars from being out drinking on Broadway so it was a bit noisy at times. but we were able to sleep just fine, no one bothered us and in the morning we had the ENTIRE LOT all to our selves. but I'd recommended parking in Titan St (Way).. better view. I don't see any signs prohibiting overnight parking and I confirmed with the Building Bridge AND Titan stadium security that the public could park in this lot when there is not an event

Report Check-In

big parking lot between the stadium and the walking bridge to down town.

Report Check-In

Best way to visit Nashville!
Could not park in lot R even if they were no events, security fairs told us they would close the gate but we could park on the street (on Titans Avenue we had Nissan center wifi). Felt safe, slept well, would come back again.

Report Check-In

to add some useful info: it's permit parking only, when it's not a game day. paid parking on game days, but no overnight allowed

Report Check-In

Perfect spot! Honestly pretty quiet this close and perfect walking distance to all the good bars. Shared the lot with other campers and vans and no one seemed to have had a problem. I’m just in a truck with a cap. Definitely recommend!

Report Check-In

Park in Lot R only. Super safe and located downtown Nashville

Report Check-In

FREE PARKING! Park in lot R. There is a foot bridge to Broadway St. we arrived on Friday, and left on Wednesday. If there is a game or event you can’t park. On Sunday the locals use the parking west side of walking bridge as a car meet up. Very loud ! Other than that very quiet.

Report Check-In

parked between stadium and river. restroom in bridge building. once motorbikes left it was quiet. easy for downtown. one other van parked with us.

Report Check-In

As mentioned, Lot ‘R’ is the overnight parking lot and they don’t close that gate at 6:00pm. Security said it was ok to park here for night but would preys not being too close to the pedestrian bridge.
We had a very quiet Monday night in February. Didn’t hear or see a single vehicle come into the lot except one other RV.

Report Check-In

Relatively quiet (there is a little activity as the locals seem to use this as free parking to access downtown for work/play). Excellent access to downtown via the pedestrian Bridge. Nice views. All in all its one of the best city camp spots we have stayed at.

Report Check-In

parking lot r. people doing donuts in parking lot, but don't bother us, we enjoyed the show lol. no problem running the generator and it was raining so showering wasn't a problem either. awesome view of downtown Nashville across the river!!

Report Check-In

Great spot as everyone else has said. There is a bit of a drag racing issue though so don’t be surprised if it doesn’t get quiet until after midnight. But you can’t beat the location.

Report Check-In

Some updated information: ONLY Lot R is allowed for free parking, and only when there are not games, stadium events, or events at two nearby auditoriums. But those days seem to be many, and it's a great place to park - brightly lit, flat, and quiet with nearby (though stinky) portapotties. We stayed for one night and were joined by a few other vans.

Report Check-In

Awesome place to be! The location is perfect. Minimal noise, and other vanlifers were also staying in the same area. Just be sure that you are not parking in this area when there’s a game.

Report Check-In

Wonderful place to stay. We arrived Tuesday and left Thursday without any issues. Security confirmed as long as there isn’t an event at the Stadium you can stay overnight. Parked right along the river (you’ll see spots parallel to river). There is a pedestrian bridge to walk from stadium to downtown Nashville. Area is lit up at night to walk over bridge and not too much noise. Porta johns close to the parking spots if needed. There were a few other people there while we stayed, too.

Report Check-In

Very central spot right by the pedestrian bridge to cross the river, it takes about 20 minutes to walk downtown. Not quiet but we didn’t mind.

Report Check-In

As others have stated GREAT spot spitting distance to downtown. Parked van between stadium and river, 2 other vans, plenty of space, safe, some noise but not coming to Nashville for peace and quiet.

Report Check-In

We stay there for 4 day. Perfect spot to explore the city and go to Broadway. We need to move for football game.

Report Check-In

Great place to spend the night. Right in front of Nissan stadium with a great view of downtown Nashville skyline. As others mentioned it is quite loud until midnight-ish (people walking, couples doing couples things and random bro trucks driving by making noise). There is a person(s) living in the bushes by the water so be aware. Also, someone went through our trasharoo only to find trash while we were sleeping. If you have low hanging fruit be aware to lock things up if it’s worth getting stolen.

Report Check-In

Great street parking between stadium and river. Stayed one night. Perfect for going to see a concert at the Ryman!

Report Check-In

parking lots where closed, parked along the street without problems. Rather noisy til midnight and after 6am.

Report Check-In

Stayed one night along Titans Way - the road between the stadium and the river - since the parking lots were closed. Tons of cars when we parked, but when we got back from Broadway around 3am, it was pretty emptied out. Car alarm in front of us kept going off. That finally stopped but an hour after we fell asleep our alarm went off, so decided to switch places for our second night.

Report Check-In

We stayed in the street which ended up really bad. Cars, trucks and people all night, we had to pack up at midnight and leave. This was a Monday night and thought we would be ok but nope it was so noisy

Report Check-In

Parked on the street which was full because it is used for those going to listen to music across the River. The parking lots for the stadium are available if no event is going on. Although this weeks event dosen't start until the 28th the lots are already reserved

Report Check-In

Awesome spot to spend a few nights. Super close to downtown Nashville, plenty of space, clean bathrooms by the bridge, and parking spots border a great park area.

Report Check-In

Worked out perfectly! We stayed overnight next to the river with a lovely park right outside our door. The dog & kids were happy! 4 bars of 5G for work. Great view.

Report Check-In

Parked between stadium and River along the street. the parking are parallel parking spots that have clear signage that no parking allowed on game day. So, if you need a good stop in the. its to safely park this is a good one. I heard a few cars until a bit after 10 pass by, otherwise a very quite spot, and sits right next to a linear park along the river, and nice views of downtown. there were other lots open but this seemed the best option.

Report Check-In

This was a great spot to stay the night. I was lucky I arrived one day before game day. So there was quite a bit of activity. A party bus or something drove by a couple times. I parked on the street by Parking Lot S. No one bothered me, although there were a bunch of cop cars the next morning because of the game. Great spot. 9/10 would stay again.

Report Check-In

Great place close to the centre. We didn't spend the night, just parked here all day and had no issue. We parked on the road in front of lot T.

Report Check-In

All of the gates were closed - so spent the night on the street outside of the parking lots without an issue. Gates opened in the morning so I used the parking lot to work and the restrooms under the bridge.

Report Check-In

We spent a night undisturbed. The previous reviewers were correct: you couldn’t hope to get any closer to down town. We parked in lot T as it was the only one without a permit sign. It looks like you could park on the street as well. The lot was pretty busy and the traffic was loud but it’s a pretty awesome spot.

Report Check-In

I'd say one of the sketchier places we've van camped. Great access to the city and attractions, but several nefarious people loitering the area and loud music all night. Maybe it'd be different if it wasn't the weekend, there wasn't a pandemic, or daily protests right now.

Report Check-In

Great place to stay! Restrooms by the stairs to the pedestrian bridge were open. No problems:)

Report Check-In

Insane spot by the stadium and the river. Really close to the walking bridge that goes directly downtown! There are also toilets at the Bridge Building near the elevator. I absolutly recommand this spot.

Report Check-In

Another winner for sure! Plenty of free parking and the lot attendant actually said there was no problem with us staying there overnight. Just can’t park here during events at the stadium. Beautiful view of Nashville and a quick walk downtown. Just don’t forget your earplugs! Lots of noise and music from the bars can be heard

Report Check-In

Awesome! Better than what I would have wanted 😂

Report Check-In

We slept two nights by the Nissan Stadium: one on Titans Way and the second one on 2nd Avenue, by the pedestrian bridge.
There are signs “no parking on stadium event day, your car will be towed”, otherwise free and no time limit. While we were there, there were a game on Sunday and slept there the Saturday night. The police woke us up at 5:50 am, asking us to leave by 6 am. The Lot R, the only lot you can park for free among those of the stadium (and closer to the pedestrian bridge anyway), asked that you leave by midnight, 12 am the day of the event.

Report Check-In

Best spot ever! thank you. such a beautiful view. I loved nashville.

Report Check-In

This has been a really great spot to visit the best attractions in Nashville. thank you for the tip. watch out for the events going on in Nissan stadium. otherwise you are fine to park here :)

Report Check-In

Fantastic spot as everyone has described! A quick 5 min stroll into downtown. We stayed 2 nights without any problems. You can hear the music from across the river.

Report Check-In

This is a great spot to stay. My husband and I stayed here on a Saturday night. There were not enough spots because people parked along the river and walked to the downtown. We waited until we got a consecutive three spots.

We then walked to the other side of the river and had beer and food. You will have a beautiful view for staying here. Most time it was very quite during night since this spot is behind the stadium. We had no issue staying here at all.

Report Check-In

A fantastic spot! Close to the pedestrian bridge into town, low traffic at night. Definitely check for event days beforehand though.

Report Check-In

went after the event when everyone went home. Parked in the street. It was a cold day so nobody around.

Report Check-In

Like others said, it’s a excellent spot right across the river from downtown. Awesome views of the city and a short walk over the pedestrian bridge. We parked right along the park/river in the street parking in front of the stadium with no problems. The other lots said permit required.

Report Check-In

Stayed here two nights in our Westy... ample street parking with an unbeatable view. It was surprisingly quiet, but there was a decent amount of light pollution, so we put up window covers for the night. It's an easy 5-minute walk to Broadway via the pedestrian bridge at the Bridge Building. Downside: no bathroom after 2:20PM.

Report Check-In

There was an open gate to lot H. Unfortunately someone closed the gate in the morning, when we were still inside.
We went to the stadium customer service, they opened the gate for us.
Better stay at the street parking.

Report Check-In

Great place to park and access downtown. Just cross the pedestrian bridge and you are downtown. Parking lots near the pedestrian bridge were marked closed at midnight. There were 2 class A rigs in the parking lot overnight so it must not be enforced. I have a class B to I found a spot on the street right at the end of the pedestrian bridge. Other than some minimal noise from traffic and people it was a good place to be. I would stay again.

Report Check-In

Aucun parking autorisé et limité à une heure dans la rue.

Report Check-In

Nice Place. We werd there two days. Short disance to downtown and most interesting places in Nashville. Thx for sharing Place

Report Check-In

We stayed one night in the Parking R (the one on the left side of the bridge) of the Nissan Stadium. It was the only parking without a permit restriction.
The street parking by the park had unfortunately no parking signs as there was a cycling event happening the next day.
Anyways, the R Parking lot was fine. Very close to downtown (you basically just have to walk the pedestrian bridge and you are there) however, very busy at night. Loads of cars coming in and out, groups of drunk (or else) people.
The night we slept there it was extremely hot and humid outside and due to the high suspicious traffic, we didn’t want to leave ou doors open so we barely slept!
The next day we stayed at the Centennial Park and it was much better. A little further from downtown but more quiet.

Report Check-In

Worked exactly as described - free parking a short walk from downtown during the day and overnight. We came in late (after midnight) on an event day and were able to spend the night and following day safely and I disturbed. Great urban location!

Report Check-In

Good place to stay at night or during the day because the parking is free!
The night was quiet and there is pit toilets.

Report Check-In

Told at the stadium it wasn't a good idea to stay overnight as we may get towed away. The stadium car parks nearby were either closed or required a permit so we went to the premier parking

Report Check-In

Great place to camp - beautiful views of Nashville downtown from across the river. On a lovely park with benches. Walk over the pedestrian bridge to Broadway. Fantastic.

You must check the Nissan Stadium website for gamedays as you cannot park here those days.
