As described. This place is amazing to stay at for as little as one day or the rest of your life!

It has laundry facilities that are fantastic, clean showers, the hot pools and tubs are amazing.

Came here to escape the cold weather. Two of us in our late 20s and a dog. Check in was easy without a reservation. The place was stocked with everything you would need. Food, showers, laundry and loads of amenities. It's a cool spot and everyone was super friendly. It was 30 a night. It is close to Slab City as well if you are wanting to explore that area.

This park offers nice hot spring amenities but after having stayed a few times, I'd like to share 3 "lessons learned". #1: Pay for only one night upon arrival because any change, even to upgrade, will cost you a $25 "change fee". #2: Bring a fly swat for the horse flies and the swarms of little black bugs in the pool. They bite! #3: Ask for an after-hours help/manager number when checking in. I was put next to a big rig with no one home but two barking dogs. Sleeping was impossible. So there you have it. It can be fun but best to go prepared!

This place is awesome 😎 Friendly staff and long time residents. Everything seems very clean and tidy.

After 3 weeks on my motorbike, doing laundry, while waiting in the hot tub, was very luxurious.

Mostly senior-friendly RV resort, but we felt welcome with our family here. We stayed in the lower dry camping area with close access to the pool, showers, etc. for $32 a night. Some updates to the previous posts: 1) Rates are based on a two-person occupancy, so far our family of 4 we spent an additional $10 per night, which is pretty steep for dry camping. 2) they no longer accept AAA membership for discount, only Good Sam. 3) while we were here we found out there from other campers that there was a discount to get full hookups for $59 for 3 days, so it might be a good idea to check the website or ask the gate when you come in to make sure you don't miss out like we did. 4) most amenities are open to all, but the saltwater pool is only ages 18+.
Like other posters, we loved the mineral pools and access to laundry, showers, etc.
Overall a nice place to stay with lots of clean amenities and friendly people, but we felt a little nickeled and dimed.

Having enjoyed the lower dry camp area for the past three nights, I cannot complain about the $30 fee. For that, you get a very large space (no chance of being 4’ from your neighbor) plus use of all the great amenities, my favorite being the Hot Springs. They are the best in Southern California imho. There are many Jacuzzi pools and two swimming pools (one salt) however, If you’re a purist (as I am) they offer private tubs with hot (up to 124°F) untreated mineral water that comes straight up from mother Earth. You can make these soaks as hot as you can stand, and of course there is no chlorine or any kind of additives. And there are a lot of very friendly residents here, and conveniences like a post office and a small but well stocked grocery store. There is a twice a week farmers market (Tuesday’s and Fridays 10am-noon). The only con is the cafe, the food is not spectacular, but I can live with that! Big picture, it’s a fair price. Oh and by the way, nobody “gets mad” if you’re “under 70” - that’s silly ;o)

Great place to regenerate energy. Pools, spas, games and on and on.

Not much we can add. Upper dry camp has a place to wash your dishes. No kitchen. At dump station there is potable water to fill your rig. Yes, Nearly $30 for dry camping is pretty expensive BUT you got so much here and once in everything is free.

Inexpensive RV park that's a great place to get clean after camping for a while! 2020 rates are going up a couple of bucks but when I was here I paid $27 for a lower dry site and $25 for an upper one with my AAA card (there's also a Good Sam discount).

Lower sites are on better gravel and there's some palm trees around. The main draw is that they are closer to the pools, store, laundromat, etc. Lots of big rigs.

Upper sites are a few blocks up a mild hill, and they have thinner gravel/more dirt. The 900 sites in the upper lot have views over the resort to the sea. The 800 ones back up to a small drainage ditch and a fence, with desert and mountains beyond. The closer you are to #900 or #800 the shorter walk you'll have to all the fun stuff.

All amenities are open until 10pm. There was always room in the tubs when I was here. Showers are hot and clean. The laundromat is $1.50 per load to wash and 25 cents per 10 minutes of drying.

There's an RV dump and a wash station but nowhere to fill up with water if you're in a dry site. There is a filtered water bottle-filling machine (40 cents per gallon) near the office. There are clean well-lit restrooms and showers in each location. The upper sites have a dish washing area and a dog washing area.

I camped the night before this at the Salton Sea Rec Area, which was $20/night. For $5 more, this was well worth it to soak in some tubs and get me and my stuff clean!

Stayed here March 6 - April 6 2019 in the upper dry camp. Lots of room here at that time of year. Nice facilities.

Sorry, I don't get it. Might be nice for the long term RV residents, but as a person passing through they charged me $27 to dry camp. It was too late in the day or I would have just gone on, but went ahead and stayed. Ended up packed in like a sardine with neighbors about 4' away, spent the evening listening to them drink beer and have a belching contest. After several days at the Orange Grove RV park in Bakersfield this was a big disappointment for me.

Very big RV Park with more than 700 RV sites and 300 residents in Mobil Homes. Cheap dry camping ($22,5 with AAA discount) includes the use of the 6 big hot pools with jets (great), steam room, private tubs, gym, … The upper dry camping sites are on a big gravel area with narrow marked sites - not very nice. Some RVs run their generators during generator hours.

Really nice amenities. They had a promotion for first time dry campers for $15/night! Hard to beat that! Washrooms and showers are clean and the pool areas are very nice! Also good wifi!
