Something not right?

Description

We stayed here instead of the other nearby spot because locals told us it was safer here where there is more people. But there ants at this spot and not at the other. There is a restaurant nearby. The road to come at P. Uva can be bumpy (big holes) if it rained in the previous days. (All in all, we prefered the spot we had at Cahuita, thought.)

don't like this place. it's for small campers not for a 7 meter motorhome. no sand beach in front.

Amazing stretch of beach that is perfect for wild camping! The stretch is several 1000 feet... sandy beach with almond and palm trees... find the perfect mix of sun and shade. We are 10'3" tall & 23' long and we were able to choose from several parking spots. excellent snorkeling on a coral reef 100' from shore. It does get very crowded on the weekends, but it's perfection during the week! We stayed several nights. Decent cell coverage. A free restaurants within walking distance.

Such a good spot, we stayed for three days with another van. I walked into town to shower at a hostel for 1,000 colones. There’s a fruit and veg truck that comes around, as well as empanadas and ceviche. The reef is directly in front of the spot for snorkeling. Trees close enough together for hammocks. We even caught a good sized fish! We might never leave!

Great place, stunning beach!! Came here because Restaurant Arrecife (other ioverlander-spot) was ways too expensive (they charge per person and didn't reduce the price although we came in low season and were 2 vans). This free place is even better. If you wanna go 2 the www just walk down the beach next the restaurant and type in their restaurant name in small letters :)

Our favourite spot in Costa Rica!! We would have stayed here for so long, but only slept 4 nights before crossing to Panama. Nice reef and very clean water, just a paradise! (Only one night many many small mosquitos)

Wonderful place. Some biting ants, nice people around and you can camp direct on the beach even with a 3.70 m high rig.

One of our best spot since one year , we stayed 4 nights here .
