As described below, although base room is 20,000. They were all taken so I ended up taking 33,000.
Good starting point for me heading to Benin border.

The owner is very friendly and actually let us stay for free in our car. We could use the bathroom of room No. 5. He even arranged free breakfast for us. I talked to the owner on the phone he is in the UK.

I still recommend you to stay in one of the rooms. They start at 15.000 N and are very nice and clean.

You will have a quieter night since there is a generator.

All the staff is suuuuper friendly. This place comes very recommended.

No Wi-Fi. Hot shower.

Great little motel style place, opened in 2016 bit everything is still pretty clean. Very friendly staff, restaurant on site with simple menu, all at reasonable prices.

There isn't much around it, but good place for a night stopover. Double bed with ensuite and AC @ NAR15k.

Such a nice and safe place to stay. The owner of the place was in the UK. We talked to him on the phone.
He apologied not to be able to open a room for us because this is what he usually do for overlanders but this time the place was fully booked.
Then he offered us breakfast!

All as described. Secure compound parking for vehicles. I paid 18000 N / night. Good value for amenities provided.

Yes really nice place, friendly staff and they also offered a breakfast to us. Only 90km from Lagos but good option if you leave Lagos little bit late.

The most welcoming people at this place. The hotel was fully booked when we arrived but they still let us stay and sleep in our cars. The generator was off all night long. We had a delicious dinner and in the morning, they brought us breakfast and prepared a room for us to have a shower. Our stay including breakfast and the shower was completely free! We can recommend this place 100%

we were allowed to camp in our cars on the parking for free! the staff is really friendly and they even opened a room with toilets and shower for us! the parking is perfect, big, closed, with an armed security Gard all night. totally recommended

Perfect place to sleep after Lagos. Super friendly owner and team. We slept on the parking (Chill, safe, access to water) and they kindly open a room for us for having a shower and toilets access

If you want to sleep in a Room, the double is 22.000 N. Clean and comfortable.

Hotel is clean and safe, manager is nice and smart but staff is very lazy and unfriendly. Food at dinner and breakfast is not recommendable. Just take the room, enjoy the shower and A/C and have food by yourself.
Room's for 8000 N are ok for two and just one night.

We found the previous comments to be accurate. General electricity 24 hrs and hot water/ac from 8pm to 7am. Breakfast included. The manager rode with us to the ATMs at Babcock University, 10 minutes away—there’s shopping there too but we didn’t go in. No alcohol sold at hotel but you’re welcome to bring your own—the owner (an IT professional, his children work in Seattle and London) wants to cater to families and business travelers. Highly recommended.

Hotel was great and staff friendly. 8000NGN for a single room, had some lunch (rice and turkey) for 1800NGN.

Safe parking and with view of the parking lot from my room.

Note that it is not near the main road, but some 300m down a secondary, unpaved road.

Would stay here again.

Nice, new hotel. Clean rooms with AC, TV, bathroom. Private parking, restaurant. Rooms from 8000N - single , and 10000N double.
