Good place for one night. Nobody bothered or charged us at this time, low season. No wifi.

Good parkinf to stay. Pretty busy at this time of th year, but quiet at night.

Just a parking place next to the regular beach of Lago Rancho. Public toilets are open till 8PM. Lot of street lights during the night and stray dogs (not really pushy or anything).

great place, very quiet and safe, they have public bathrooms for 300 clp pp, no shower , great place to swim

Bom local para ficar. Wi-Fi público com boa velocidade. Movimentado apenas durante o dia. Nós recomendamos.

Very busy when we were here in high season. We drove to the end of the street- no WiFi access there. The whole place is illuminated by lots of street lamps, not really idyllic, but probably the best “wild-camp-spot“ around. Nevertheless we changed the category to „informal campsite “. We didn’t try, but the restaurant just opposite was open and frequented by local people.

Good wifi in a nice place with rich local life, beach and ferria !
At the end of the road, possibility to walk to a little way in the left : ideal grassy area for camp next to the lake, some trees, places and grill for fire

Busy until sunset, then everyone left and we had a quiet night. Good wifi. No facilities. Free.

Estuviemos en este local. A pesar de la playa estar movimientada debido el feriado largo del 1 enero quedava tranquilo. Estacionamiento en la calle.

Fine enough, although we wouldn't normally park somewhere so obvious - it is a standard car parking space on the lakeside. Completely exposed. The lure was the free wifi, and it was very good. Undercover place to sit, if it is raining. The police came by and woke us up at 2am to check passports and basically just be annoying - usually they can tell we are camping and won't bother knocking but this guy had an attitude. Bad luck for us I guess. They didn't move us on.

Free parking for the public beach in town. Quiet at night when we were there in March. There is even a ChileGob free WiFi network that reaches here.
