Warning : no more food truck, new "owners"... In fact young guys smelling whiskey or beer... We had agreed on a price for 2 days, with night security. In fact, we passed at night and there was absolutely nobody... No light. Car park completely transparent from the street. Fence very easy to climb (no barbed wire). When we came back next morning to talk about night security, he told us his friend gave us a wrong price, and that we had to double the price if we want night security... We just left and went to another car park 100 meters away. Could not advise less to leave your vehicle here, especialy at night...

Good place for parking near the centre, naval port, supermarket and fish market.
Little noise in the day, quite in night.
5.000 pesos for night, with guardian.
The owner is very kindly.
In the parking there is a little and delicious restaurant in food truck.
Now we see also tends.

Looking for the Kiara parking we found this one. Is a food truck place, they manage parking also. Friendly place, 15k cp for 24h is 1k for hour around here. We planned only the day but we finish walking late and tired. Is in the middle of two streets so is not quiet, but no more noisy than a gas station. There is a guard at night crazy funny guy! Easy to go every where from here all the busses pass in front or the stops are 2 min walks.
