Argentina
A guy here could refill our 13kg bottle from Brazil. An old building right on the corner. Knock and tell them another traveller told you about the place, or if you can't find them here, try calling 2966611463 and asking for a guy named Bocha.
We don't have any photos of this place yet.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
We struggled to find this place based upon the coordinates and the description/address left in the comments by previous ioverlanders. We were directed to Bocha’s house by locals (one street back towards the centre from 1st de Mayo) and managed to find him. Unfortunately he had previously filled a US bottle and not a US fitted tank so no luck for us today.
Report Check-InWhen the Building is closed it doesn't feel thé correct place. I'm not shore we got thé 10 kg we payed for. The man is a heating specialist and is not so happy his name is on ioverlander, but still loves to help travellers.
Report Check-InYou have to look for him, but when you find him and have the right adapters he will refill your bottle.
Check if the bottle is not to full!
We were able to get our us bottle filled with this guy. We went to his house at 1203, second house on left at cross roads of 1 de mayo and miguel isla poza. He had the right US adaptor. His price was 100 pesos per kilo. Lil expensive but we were desperate
