Narrow steep rocky access road. There are two pools (7 x 3.5 m and 3 m diameter) with temperatures around 37-38°C. Perfect for soaking.
We asked the locals in the house next to the springs if we could pitch our tent there. It was no problem for them.
All for free.
For us this is definitely a favorite place in Argentina!

Nice place. But the road to get there is really hard. It took us the same energy to drive this short part as the rest of the road before. Next time we would just stop and walk this road to the thermas.

Really nice spot for a soak and overnight. Family of shepherds is here in the summer, and leaves in the winter. Very friendly. Some natural algae, but a bit of skimming cleans it right up.

amazing place, the best hot spring for us until now, it is very natural, exclusive, free. It is small, so if there is more than 3 cars can be crowded.

Amazing place. The way down from the main road is a bit smaller and there are a few dips but we could manage it with our 8,5t truck with 2,5m width. If you are around here you really should go down here. Nice water, nice place to stay overnight….advise!

This place is awesomereerdeerrrddddddddrrrsseeddd! The pools were very clean and hot, especialy the small natural one. No one around at this time of year. We made it down here with lifted fully loaded VW T5 4x4. A small part was very steep but no problem to climb up again. We don't have low gear. But we were glad, no one came down because the road is very small and there is no bypass. The track is not bad but has a lot of stones and some small river crossings with steep dips. We touched our front and back bumper slightly. 4x4 recommend -;).

The family is still here and there are very friendly. The road to get there is pretty hard but thé water, not the cleanest, is really good. It was free for us

We came down from ten days in the Puna and were looking so much forward to these thermals. But when we got there, a family with their herd of cattle had settled there and the animals had all defecated around and into the larger pool. Really ugly. The small pool close to the hot spring gets so much throughflow that it is reasonably clean, but quite hot.
Maybe we were just unlucky and the cattle will move on eventually?

Can confirm almost everything that has already been said. If you made it this far, you're probably driving a capable vehicle. There is a steep climb going down on the way in and up on the way out. Low gears would be good but maybe not absolutely essential depending on your car/weight.

The hotsprings are beautiful and we were the only ones there. Nobody there to charge us, clean water and great temperature. Absolutely worth the detour.

Thermal bath. Was still under construction during visit. Beautiful drive and very fun.
Park next to the bath.
4x4 or big front wheel bike required. Low gears would be preferable.
Reachable via Las papas village.
Possible to camp.
River crossing and many of them.
Offroad adventure style driving.
