There’s a huge white statue on your right hand side (travelling north). We asked the lady who lives next door and she said it was fine to camp. We pitched our tent just next to a closed snack bar. There are toilets with a small donation box. I think there’s even a plug socket in the church! Noise from road as you would expect.

Decent spot to camp. We were next to the picnic tables with our tent. Pretty loud night as it’s right next to the highway, but no one bothered us. Lots of people come by to sit and meditate in front of the statue so we did feel a bit disrespectful camping nearby. There are bathrooms but they don’t flush. Lots of cats around, one of them peed on our tent
Report Check-InSame as described before. Just ask in the house nextdoor and they are ok with cyclists camping there.
Some noise from the road, but ok during the night.
We had a quiet night.
Toilets as described, but no running water at this time.
Nice spot for bike tourists. Good areas to camp and tables you can also use. Looks as if many people camp here. Asked the lady also who was happy for us to stay, only thing she requested was to not start a fire
