$25 after bargaining, single occupancy with substantial breakfast. Still an excellent deal for a large, poolside roome. Street parking in view of the security guy at the entrance. Downsides: rooms not mosquito safe, sometimes loud music from the pool. Ask for a room to the back if that bothers you.
Small food selection on the menu, pricey, especially alcoholic drinks. Drink shop with large Stella sticker is 700 meters down the road. Prices there are a bit higher than in mainland Egypt, even after bargaining.
