There are two formal campgrounds. One on the canyon rim and one 3 more miles down the road on the canyon floor. We drove past the campground and stayed at a beautiful spot at the end of the road. Higher clearance vehicles recommended though not essential if you know what you are doing. The campgrounds have sites with tables, grills and pit toilets.

Beautiful place , rode my bike to the bottom , started raining had to skin out to the rim camp . I will return 👊🏻😎👍🏻
Report Check-InCanyon drive is well worth it, as long as you have the right vehicle. Too dangerous to haul a camper down. About 10 spots with fire rings and tables, nice pit toilets, no water. Free.
Report Check-InAwesome campsite in the middle of the canyon. Well maintained, lots of spots several close together and well maintained pit toilets. The drive in would definitely be more comfortable in a 4x4 though I’m sure crossovers and SUVs could handle it. Wouldn’t recommend doing the drive with full camper trailer. No Verizon service
Report Check-InI almost hate to add a report on Mill’s Canyon as I hope it remains a well guarded secret. This place is special! Secluded, quiet, and pristine. Fortunately, it is a bumpy last few miles down to the lower campground, so maybe we can all keep this one to ourselves a little longer..
